In the Netherlands, the different types of property for rent can be categorized as follows: 1. Unfurnished properties, with carpeting or parquet floor, usually with curtains. A kitchen and kitchen appliances. In some instances, the kitchen consists only of a sink, a cooking plate and a compact refrigerator. 2. Furnished properties. In addition to the items mentioned above, a complete kitchen, furniture, curtains and linen are included. 3. Semi-furnished properties, which are somewhere in between unfurnished and furnished properties. Several combinations are possible.
No registration fee required If the mediation is completed successfully, VRC - Veth Realty & Consultancy B.V. will bill the assignor a fee equal to once 100% of the asking monthly rental price, excluding the 19% Value Added Tax (V.A.T.), in Dutch called B.T.W. If the monthly rental fee includes any of the following: a service fee, utility expenses, cable, etc., these will be included when calculating the fee. VRC - Veth Realty & Consultancy B.V. will not assume any liability for the consequences of the applicability of the legal provisions to an agreement.
